Terms of Service

Last updated: September 25, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Orianna Q | PMU Master website and the booking, payment and permanent makeup (PMU) services we provide. By using the website, booking an appointment or paying a deposit, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Services
We provide permanent makeup and related cosmetic services (for example brows, lips, eyeliner and touch-ups) at our studio in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico. Service descriptions and prices on the website are informational and may change; the price confirmed at booking applies.

2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and provide valid identification if asked. You agree to give accurate and complete information, including in the health intake form. Some conditions may make the service unsafe (for example pregnancy or breastfeeding, active skin conditions or infections in the area, certain medications, keloid tendency or blood disorders). We may decline or postpone a service for safety reasons, and a consultation may be required first.

3. Booking through Acuity
Appointments are scheduled through Acuity Scheduling. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email. You are responsible for entering correct contact details and for checking the date, time and service. We may send reminders by email or SMS. Use of Acuity is also subject to its own terms.

4. Payments and deposits through Stripe
Payments are processed by Stripe. A non-refundable deposit may be required to hold your appointment; the amount is shown at booking and is applied to the total price of your service. The remaining balance is due at the appointment unless stated otherwise at booking. You authorize us and Stripe to charge the payment method you provide for the amounts due. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may not include taxes or bank fees. We do not store your full card details.

5. Cancellations, rescheduling and no-shows
– To reschedule or cancel, notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment through the Acuity link in your confirmation email or by emailing us.
– With that notice, you may reschedule once and keep your deposit as credit for 90 days.
– Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice, arrivals more than 15 minutes late and no-shows forfeit the deposit, and a new deposit is needed to rebook.
– We may reschedule an appointment for illness or emergencies. If we cancel, you may reschedule or receive a full refund of your deposit.

6. Refunds
Permanent makeup is a personalized service. Deposits are non-refundable except as stated in section 5. Completed services are not refundable. If you are unhappy with a result, contact us within 14 days of your appointment so we can evaluate it and, when appropriate, offer a touch-up. If you dispute a charge with your bank without first contacting us, we may share appointment and consent records with Stripe and your bank to respond to the dispute.

7. Informed consent and risks
Before any procedure you will sign a consent form. Permanent makeup involves inserting pigment into the skin. Risks include redness, swelling, tenderness, scabbing, itching, uneven or faded color, infection, allergic reaction, scarring and results that differ from your expectations. Pigment may fade or change color over time, and touch-ups are usually needed. Results vary with skin type, age, health, lifestyle and aftercare. We cannot guarantee a specific result or how long it lasts. Permanent makeup may interfere with some medical imaging, such as MRI; tell your healthcare providers.

8. Aftercare
You will receive aftercare instructions and agree to follow them. We are not responsible for poor healing, infection or color changes caused by not following aftercare, picking, sun exposure, swimming, using unapproved products, or by undisclosed medical conditions.

9. Touch-ups
A touch-up is typically included or discounted if completed within 6 to 8 weeks of the first session, as stated at booking. Touch-ups after that period are charged at our current rate.

10. Photos and social media
We photograph the treated area for your record. We use photos publicly only if you sign a separate release, which you may refuse or withdraw at any time. Your decision does not affect your service.

11. Client conduct
Please arrive on time, without other people or children in the treatment room unless agreed. We may end a session, without refund, if a client is abusive, intoxicated or refuses to follow safety instructions.

12. Website use and intellectual property
The website content, including text, photos, videos, logo and design, belongs to Orianna Q | PMU Master or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorized access.

13. Third-party services
Acuity, Stripe, Google, Framer, Instagram and other third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their availability, errors or actions.

14. Disclaimers
The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Information on the website is general and is not medical advice.

15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico and the State of Baja California. You agree to try to resolve any dispute with us first by writing to oriannaqpmu@gmail.com. Unresolved disputes are subject to the courts of Tijuana, Baja California, unless your local consumer protection law says otherwise.

17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Changes apply to bookings made after the "Last updated" date.
